Catching butterflies

So a couple of weeks ago, Noah and Zion picked up these little nets from Target and decided they wanted to catch butterflies. The weather was gorgeous and we went out to a park in Burlingame where the hunting began. The boys ran all over the place as they chased one butterfly after another. What a great way to get rid of all that energy. After many attempts without any luck, they decided to get a helping hand from their Dad. It was so much fun watching all my boys run all over the place. Eventually, Noah and Zion figured that they might not catch a butterfly that day. But then their Dad saved the day. At his final attempt, D caught a butterfly. The boys were so excited and studied the butterfly up close. They released the butterfly and Daddy was the big hero for the rest of the day.
